You do NOT have to be good at art. Rather, it is more about the process of creating and gaining insight into your experience as a individual, couple or family.

Individuals that are experiencing things such as grief, anxiety, depression and life transitions.
Working with art materials such as watercolor, acrylic paints and clay can help a client to express their experiences often bypassing the need for words & accessing trauma and shaping it into something new and healing.

Couples counseling can help with developing communication styles by emphasizing what is already working for you to deepen your connection.
By exploring your own and your partner’s love “maps” (Gottman) through art and writing, the client can find new and positive ways to connect.

Using art activities that have their basis in play, we can find new ways to connect with each other.
